Always interested and caring. Make every effort to get appropriate appointment. Reassuring and available if needed urgently. They have been fabulous with my 2 puppies.
Boundary Veterinary Centre was recommended to me a couple of years ago as I have a terrier that is nervous about seeing a vet and can be aggressive when a vet tries to examine him. Boundary Vets have been so caring since we joined their practice. We have always been able to see the same vet ie Jamie. Jamie is very calm when my dog is being tricky. He has not yet had to muzzle my dog to treat him which makes me feel calmer. I like the fact that all the receptionists are very friendly and greet my dog and cat by their names. I can always get an appointment quickly if my pet needs to be seen. It is easy to park and the waiting room is nice and calm. I totally recommend Boundary Vets, particularly if your dog stresses about going to the vet and I am really happy with how they look after my dog and cat.

The staff are very friendly and do their best to keep both the pets and their humans calm at what can be a very stressful time. The vet provided full information on what was wrong and the treatment needed as well as likely costs. The telephone updates were timely and comprehensive. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough.

Pets at Home, Marcham Rd, Drayton, Abingdon OX14 1BY, UK – 01235 462350
A good pet shop with plenty of supplies. The small rodent food is not all suitable for a healthy diet and the wood chippings don't give exact wood contents which can be dangerous for rodents. The employees, while helpful, don't seem entirely knowledgeable but if you know a lot about your pet, there is a large selection of good on offer.
As the veterinary practice that I had used for the past 11 years, were not taking my sick dog seriously. My daughter suggested I take her to Abingdon vets4pets. They took blood test and found her kidney readings were off the chart as well as her pancreas not working. She was hospitalised for 5 days and they managed to pull her through. The veterinary Practitioners, Lucy and Dan where fantastic, and know there 'stuff' as well as taking the time to talk/pet and try and put the dog at ease. The other members of staff were so very friendly and supportive. I was also phoned daily with updates. I certainly wont go back to the previous vet practice even though it bit further to travel now, but at least I know that my dog is in excellent hands. I would highly recommend this practice to all and sundry.
